V-tech's Skoda TFSI fastest on The Mantorp Park |

Last weekend a racing contest organized by Skoda Auto Sverige and Bilsport magazine took place in Sweden, on the legendary racecourse Mantorp Park, on the occasion of Skoda RS Days (RS - dagen 2006). We inform with pleasure that the car Skoda Octavia II RS 2.0 TFSI prepared by Vtech won the contest and obtained the second fastest lap time. Identical RS 2.0 TFSI cars participated in the race, although with programs prepared by different Swedish, German and American tuners. The Polish-Swedish program was however the best.
‘We have not prepared anything special‘ - says Jonathan Holmelius, the head of Vtech Sverige – ‘we simply programmed the Skoda RS TFSI by the OBD port with a program from our offer, a typical conversion to 240 HP. The more satisfying the victory. There are already about 20 Skoda TFSI cars with such program driving in Sweden.’
